Firstly a very smiley, pleasant and polite receptionist. Then I had a relaxing massage with "O", it was without doubt the best massage I've ever had. O is clearly a top class, professional masseuse but more than that she is very polite and caring and gentle, a really lovely girl. I would highly recommend her but I don't want everyone booking her up so I can't get an appointment

This was, by far, the best massage I have had. The place was so welcoming, all staff were lovely and professional. My therapist was skilled and relaxed me from head to toe.
I had an issue with my shoulder and neck and felt instant relief after my massage.
I will definitely be returning regularly!
