As I entered the room, I was given zero instructions about what to take off/ leave on. She then left the room and closed the door. I was given no towel to cover myself once I was led on the bed.
The head massage was lots of scratching rather than a relaxing and calming massage with rotating movements.
The stretches, of the neck, shoulders and arms, were good and well executed.

Truly special experience everytime from the greeting by the reception staff to the incredible massage and surroundings. So relaxing, quality facilities and great value for money. No1 in the area for me. Highly recommended
