I can’t explain how incredible the whole experience was from the moment we got through the door until we left (couples massage with my step daughter). Hands down the best massage I have ever experienced (including fancy hotel places) we felt like new women when we left and spent the rest of the day smiling! Everyone was so kind and friendly and I can’t wait til I’m back up from Cornwall to visit again! Urelax is definitely going to be a place I tell everyone about and visit as often as I can!

Has a full body massage which did not disappoint. Came away feeling relaxed. All the knots and pain in my back and shoulders had been thoroughly worked on and was feeling much, much better. Highly recommended.

Pros:
The massage was wonderfully delicate & soothing, with a gentle touch throughout. The head massage was amazing, & I really appreciated that she also included my arms and hands — a lovely bonus! Her soft-spoken accent even gave me a bit of ASMR at the beginning, which added to the relaxation.
Cons:
pressure to be just a bit firmer & the pace slightly faster. Additionally, I didn’t have a cushion under my knees and feet, which made my ankles feels numb towards the end.

My Thai Massage was just the tonic. It has been over two days since my massage and I’m still feeling the benefits. Whenever I visit Westbourne (coming from London) I always try to book a massage at Urelax, it is a perfect little oasis.

This is a little gem of a place, and always a lovely receptionist present who acknowledges you straight away unlike some other places. I have had different therapists each time and always a good experience. The last time I fell asleep I was so relaxed! The rooms might be small, but so are the tiny Thai women therapists (!) so they navigate the space easily, so it never feels cramped. Sessions have always been on time too, which is appreciated.
