This was my third lymphatic drainage massage with the fantastic La-ong. Experienced and very knowledgeable lady. I've found it really beneficial, as relieves my swollen legs. Very gentle, manipulating specific areas (arms and specifically my legs) moving excess fluid build up, and also getting rid of toxins in the body. It took me a while to find the courage to come, so I started off with a back neck shoulder massage. So glad I took the leap of faith!
