The salon was not aware of late booking / walk in appointments. Treatwell needs to have a better alarm /appointment notification through an app or real time updates. Failing this the entrepreneur needs to invest in a computer/laptop to track appointments. Some clients rather have same day or walk in appointments and therefore slots to accommodate these would be useful
