The Thai massage combined with the teacher massage at Urban Therapy has been truly life-changing! I’ve struggled with migraine headaches and back pain for a long time, but these treatments have provided incredible relief. The therapists have an intuitive understanding of the body, using the perfect balance of pressure, stretching, and targeted techniques to release deep tension. After each session, I feel lighter, more flexible, and noticeably free from pain. My migraines have become less frequent, and my back feels so much better.
