The therapist at Urban Therapy has magic hands. I didn't even have to tell her where my knots were; she found them instantly using the deep tissue portion of the massage. The transition into the Thai fusion stretches was seamless. It's the most comprehensive bodywork I've ever received.

I’ve had plenty of sports massages, but the fusion approach here is superior. The therapist used sports techniques to flush my legs after a half-marathon, but the Thai stretching at the end was the 'secret sauce' I didn't know I needed. My recovery time has been cut in half. A must-visit for athletes.
