Normally I only get deep tissue but my therapist suggested combining it with lymphatic massage. Really glad I tried it. She worked properly on the knots around my shoulder blades first and then the rest was much more relaxing. Slept really well that night.

Had the Deep Tissue & Lymphatic Massage at Urban Therapy and really enjoyed the combination. The deep tissue worked on my tight shoulders and back, then the lymphatic part was much gentler. Left feeling relaxed and lighter.

I usually go for deep tissue but decided to try Hot Stones Massage for something more relaxing. Really enjoyed it, especially the warm stones across my upper and lower back. Definitely having this again.
