One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had in London. The pressure was perfect and the therapist worked carefully on all the tight areas in my shoulders and back. I’ll definitely be returning.

I had a sports massage and it was exactly what my body needed after training. Very knowledgeable therapist, great pressure and excellent attention to problem areas. Will definitely return.

Amazing deep tissue massage at Urban Therapy. The therapist really listened to what I needed and worked on all the tight areas without making the treatment feel rushed. I left feeling so much lighter.
