Great experience at Urban Therapy. The therapist was knowledgeable and really focused on my problem areas. I’ll definitely be booking again.

One of the best sports massages I’ve had. Strong, effective and professional. Perfect for anyone who trains regularly.

Amazing combination of deep tissue and lymphatic massage. My muscles felt much looser and my whole body felt lighter afterwards. Highly recommend!

Really impressed with my lymphatic drainage massage. The treatment was gentle but effective, and I felt refreshed and much less puffy afterwards.
