As someone who deals with constant lower back and shoulder tightness from desk work, I’ve tried a lot of clinics in the city. Urban Therapy's advanced deep tissue massage is genuinely on another level. The therapist targeted my knots with precision without making it overly painful, and I walked out feeling like a massive weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Will definitely be making this a regular part of my routine!

Amazing Deep Tissue combined with Lymphatic Massage. The deep tissue worked perfectly on my tight muscles, while the lymphatic techniques left me feeling lighter and refreshed. Highly recommend Urban Therapy Clinic!

Brilliant Sports Massage! My legs were really tight after training and the therapist worked exactly where I needed it. Felt much looser afterwards.
