One of the things that is not mentioned anywhere is that disabled people are not welcome here. As a disabled customer, I rely on businesses to follow the Equality Act and make sure access is available. Urban Therapy Aveda has banned disabled people from using their services. There’s no sign to advise this, I arrived for my appointment to find there’s no access of any kind. Go and use Allerton’s in John Lewis, they don’t discriminate and exclude.
