Natalie was lovely but unfortunately the service just wasn’t up to par. My top lashes were stuck to the bottom ones after treatment, when I got home I had to pull the glue away from the skin of my bottom lashes there were clumps of glue stuck to my skin. In terms of my brows they were not shaped properly at the top only the bottom. After the waxing my eyebrows were really sore after & I developed scabs the next day where I’d been burnt. The lashes were also nothing like what’s advertised
