So incredibly lovely!!! She really knows what she’s talking about, listens to exactly what you want and is very friendly. Eyebrows look fantastic! So impressed I booked for a facial! Thoroughly recommend to everyone.

Absolutely LOVED my lashes and HD brows, what a fantastic deal! That coupled with an amazing facial made my day. I've already booked in again next month. Rashmi is very knowledge & professional, a skincare expert with great advice and my new entry on my favourites list!
A session with Rashmi is not your usual treatment session...think sophistication, personal touches, a genuine care for our wellbeing and beauty. Rashmi invites us to rise to our inner beauty...somehow she sees more in us than we do. I always leave feeling glamorous and pampered.
Urban Swan is my lifelong go to for facials. Rashmi is amazing, really understanding the skin and what my specific requirements are. She advises me on the best routine between my 3 weekly facials and my skin has genuinely never looked better. I look younger now than I did 5 years ago! Would highly recommend
Rashmi is the best facialist that I have ever encountered. I have been having fortnightly facials from her for 7 years, and at 48 years of age am constantly praised on the youthfulness of my skin. I am also constantly accused of having had botox, which I haven't! I give Rashmi the credit for this (and some genes from my mother!), she is qualified to the highest Dermalogica level and is constantly changing my treatments, and trying new products and techniques si it never gets stale. I cannot recommend her highly enough for facials. And she tacks on eye threading at the end for £5 which is really handy and reasonable too!
