I wanted to try cupping as I've seen it on social media. I don't like massage as it typically hurts. Cupping was such a different experience. The studio is beautiful, Clare is such caring professional with a lot of knowledge on bodywork. She explained and demonstrated how cupping works which made me really relaxed. The treatment didn't hurt but I felt as amazing as after a long massage. Great concept - short treatment but full benefit. Usually it's hard to find treatment times after 5PM but Clare works mainly after office hours to accommodate the requirements for most people working until late afternoon/early evening. Will be back on a weekly basis for a mini pamper.

I was recommended to try cupping as an alternative to traditional massage due to my shoulder and back ache. I work all day by a desk and even with ergonomic table and chair have a tendency of getting very tight shoulders which then cause a regular headache. I was sceptical that a 20-30 minute treatment would work but was amazed to see that it did. After 20+min of treatment my shoulder/back pain was gone. The treatment itself was so relaxing I had a 20minute nap and felt very refreshed all day. High recommendation, only takes 20 min and doesn't cost and arm and a leg. Booked in for weekly afterwork sessions.
