Visited for the second time after a great first experience, but this time was disappointing. The appointment felt rushed, with the manager pressuring the technician. I wanted French tips but had to change plans due to time. My hands were okay, toes not great, and less than 24 hours later one nail chipped. I had clearly mentioned I was going on holiday. Sadly, I left feeling disappointed and unable to enjoy the result.
