I’ve been to Urban Rose a few times and was happy with the experience, but won’t be returning again after my last. Eyebrow wax was good but my lash lift didn’t work at all. I was too embarrassed to say when I was leaving but returned a couple of hours later as my lashes looked exactly the same. After waiting for 20 minutes for a manager, I was promised a refund, but still didn’t receive it three weeks later despite phoning. In the end I had to query the transaction with my bank.
