I have received exceptional service from urban rose wembley. Staff was really friendly, and the salon was so clean and aesthetically pleasing

The place itself is quite nice and the people were friendly. The nails themselves not great. Shape is okay, but the polish is uneven and bumpy. I can also see three layers from the tip (nail, transparent coat, colored coat). And too expensive. Paid £53 for shellac shape and polish. It did not state anywhere on the page that I had to add removal and they claimed they couldn’t cancel my booking. I know this is not true because I’ve seen other salons cancelling before.
