The behaviour of the staff was extremely professional, I was impressed with the communication they delivered was excellent. Only downfall was My pedicure chipped after two days of getting it done which was disappointing as I paid £48.

Manicure was ok, I’ve had better at Urban Rose. The lady doing my manicure was quite rough with the removal and buffing. Also didn’t really get the shape I was after even after asking twice but neat application.
