The staff are nice and friendly but the service is very slow - it took 2 people working at the same time 1hr 40mins for an average manicure/pedicure. (Review for appt 02/09)

Something was wrong with Treatwell as one of the treatments I booked has actually been discontinued by the salon but appeared on the list. Not a major deal. Pedicure was good though and therapist was great.
Shape and finish for hands however was bizarre. Therapist did not know how to use regular polish. At least that’s my take. The salon should establish that and not book her for such jobs. It also took a while to CONVINCE the salon she was doing it wrong which I didn’t care for one bit

Truly a flawless experience. Perfect salon, from start to finish. Super professional reception service, staff are warm, knowledgeable, attentive/accommodating to customer schedules and incredibly thorough. Can’t wait to return.
