Was upset that the message was advertised at £42.50 off peak, which I doubled checked with Bhavna, went to pay and Treatwell took £50 off my card, which I feel is mis-advertising. I approached Treatwell and after many emails and stress have agreed to credit my Treatwell account by £7.50. I believe this amount should be put back on my card. Very unhappy with the whole experience.
