They tried to charge me £5 extra for Biab removal when I only had shellac on, reasoning being that I didn’t have the shellac done there, but there was no prior warning of this until time to pay and it had been added as Biab removal. They were quite pushy while I was getting my nails done and I agreed to an extra treatment, then they still tried to charge the extra £5. Argued it and the manager came and reluctantly took it off. Felt quite uncomfortable.
