This is my new salon! I made an appointment and was horrified to turn up and realise I had got the time wrong, so was late. Jennifer and her team went out of their way to find a solution so I still got my treatment and made me feel so welcome and relaxed, despite my stupid mistake. The treatment was wonderful, the staff highly professional and the products gorgeous. I cannot say enough good things and I have rebooked for after Christmas!
