I love going to Urban Rose! The staff are always extremely friendly and I haven’t had one single member not doing their job to perfection.
My shellac and normal gel nails always last a really long time, the colours are great and the prices are very reasonable.
Shoutout to Marta yesterday, who, apart from doing an incredible job, told me about a new service the salon has without being pushy for me to buy one of those treatments. She explained what the treatment does and its plus and minus sides for different people. I feel very uncomfortable when people try to force me to buy things, but Marta’s sales strategy definitely made me consider using it at some stage.
I would and have recommended the Urban Rose several times now and will definitely be back myself.

Excellent lash extensions from Maria! Normally see Kasia, but this is the best job I’ve had. Will be seeing Maria again very soon!

Will definitely be coming back! Staff was corteous and friendly, the venue is clean and lovely but the best part is the service provided was even better.
I'm very sensitive with pain but almost didn't feel anything as Casha's technique was excellent! Angel hands!
