Great salon and atmosphere and I am a loyal customer however in this instance it’s been 48 hours since the wax and one of the eye brows is still red and sore as the technique wasn’t as good as it usually is

This is a lovely salon and I have been a few times - this time the therapist struggled with my threading as I have a scar (I have had this all my life so it is normally fine in salons) - I was made to feel that it was inconveniencing her job....and I felt quite uncomfortable about the whole interaction. I would definitely return to Urban Rose but would request a different beautician.
