This is a lovely salon and I have been a few times - this time the therapist struggled with my threading as I have a scar (I have had this all my life so it is normally fine in salons) - I was made to feel that it was inconveniencing her job....and I felt quite uncomfortable about the whole interaction. I would definitely return to Urban Rose but would request a different beautician.

Had a lovely spray tan at Urban Rose yesterday. I’ve woken up lovely and bronzed ready for a charity ball. Staff were lovely and particularly good at giving advice and aftercare. Will definitely be returning, thanks!
