I booked in for a gel pedicure via the treatwelll app and paid upfront for my treatment. The therapist was fantastic and the pedicure was great, however, at the end of an already expensive treat I was then charged to have my gel removed. I feel this should be made more clear on the app.... trying to charge £9 to remove the gel I think is a little over the top. A real shame as treatment was great and would make me think twice about returning
