Despite following aftercare instructions to the letter and being very experienced, having had endless LVL treatments, it dropped after only a few days. Very disappointed. Venue is beautiful, however unfortunately very cold, and staff were not welcoming at all.

I did sense some hostility between colleagues and managers. I also don't think beauticians should be working on clients whilst they're sick but the treatment itself was great and the venue is beautiful.
