I love going here to get my nails done, but this time I had a late appointment and the whole experience felt very rushed. Both, the lady at the till, as well as the lady doing my nails seemed quite stressed and happy that the day was over soon. Very few smiles and not the usual warmth either. I know days can get long and busy, but clients shouldn’t feel this. Yes I will come back and yes, I will continue to recommend you all, but I was disappointed by the atmosphere this time.

I felt the spa was really clean and beautiful. The treatment was quick and efficient but at the end she run out and left you unsure of what to do and where to go at the end of which made the experience unpleasant

Really unsatisfied with my eyebrows. They were so obviously uneven. I get my eyebrows done quite often but this was by far the worst. No apology from the lady who did them and was I was spoken over by the manager when I was trying to explain what I felt was wrong with them. I won't be returning.
