It’s a very small room but clean and welcoming. The therapist was nice and time-efficient.
I liked the outcome of the underarm and upper lip waxing but was a bit disappointed with the full- leg waxing.
Unfortunately some hairs were left behind. My hair was at a fine length to be removed so really I didn’t see much of a reason for this to happen. I do like a thorough waxing and feeling the legs perfectly clean of any hair, and this was not the case.

Relaxing facial however I would have liked the therapist to have a look at my skin in the light (the treatment room was quite dark) before administering treatment to ensure I had booked the correct facial, make sure it was right for my skin etc. I’m normally used to a more bespoke experience but at this salon there wasn’t much conversation or questions made about my skin concerns. Not sure how effective it was in the end
