Had an eyebrow threading and approved her work in the light of the salon. However came home and in brighter light, found a few missed hairs. The staff and ambiance were great, just triple check the work!

I felt a little claustrophobic in the small room with no windows. The little heater in the room was smelly, noisy and dried the air, but without it would be too cold... but the massage was great! So going to brave the basement again..and again. Friendly and professional. The place is really clean, too! I’m very happy I found it in my new neighbourhood 😍

Eyebrow wax and shape - good result. Therapist was a little rude though about where my eyebrows finish and insisted I must have over plucked at some stage - no this is how my eyebrows are and then she went on about how I should get semi perm fake ones ... I obviously wasn’t interested but she didn’t get my hint
