Made very welcome at Urban Rose. Staff very attentive and polite. Salon is extremely clean and staff wear masks. Huge choice of varnishes. Pedicure was relatively thorough and polish excellent but am still left with dead/hard skin on my feet (and I had booked the callous removal) which is disappointing as the rest of the service was excellent.

I politely emailed them about the damage done to my eyebrows after the HD treatment.They had told me at the start of the treatment that the vaccine has been causing sensitivity to waxing.Instead of only threading my eyebrows were waxed.After the first strip was taken off the redness was noted but the treatment was continued. I complained the next day, with images of my broken skin, I got told to put sudocream on it.I emailed back asking for a refund and got no reply.Appalling customer service
