Was upset that the message was advertised at £42.50 off peak, which I doubled checked with Bhavna, went to pay and Treatwell took £50 off my card, which I feel is mis-advertising.
I approached Treatwell and after many emails and stress have agreed to credit my Treatwell account by £7.50. I believe this amount should be put back on my card. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

I always go to Urban Rose. They are so lovely, and the manicure lasts longer than anywhere else. They also take off shellac so carefully with just a nail file and acetone, my nails have never been stronger or grown longer. Prior to going to Urban Rose I’d actually stopped using Shellac altogether thanks to so many places using an electric drill which ruined my nails.
