Really pleased, Cally listened to what I wanted and gave me great advice, and gave me just the cut I needed and such a lovely colour! She really knows her stuff. With the Olaplex too, my hair feels in great condition!

Had a lovely first experience at Urban Image. Cally did an amazing job on my hair- the colour is lovely. I am very indecisive and wasn’t really too sure what I wanted, but she gave some really good suggestions and did the haircut in stages so I could decide if I wanted any more layers or not. It’s one of the best haircuts I’ve had! I also got some good styling tips. Will definitely be coming back x
