Alexandra did my full-body deep tissue massage. She was relatively new but I felt that was an experienced masseuse who knew what she was doing. I like hard pressure to really get into the knots and muscles, which she delivered. My only critique is that I received multiple calls and emails from the reception team to change my appointment time, which was slightly inconvenient, but I expect that this is not a regular occurrence. I'll be going back again in a month's time for another massage.

Nice warm friendly welcome on arrival,
Temp check & hand sanitiser in place so felt very safe & reassured.
So happy after too many months indoors to finally have a bit of pampering with a beautiful gel manicure by Adelina & a superb express back massage from Cat to feel good as new again! 🤗
