Another really lovely trip to get some facial waxing. Everyone is so pleasant, the treatment from Hayley was amazing and facilities are high quality. I recommend this place to everyone, for whatever you need! I will be back again soon!

I loved the ambience of Urban Medi Spa, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Sandra did my sugaring and she made the whole experience relaxing for me. I would definitely be going back for future sugaring appointments.
