Pedicure a bit untidy for a professional job, air bubbles and cuticle flooding. Massage relaxing but gentle and no shoulder work after being asked where needs focus and me sharing my shoulders have tension. Therapist was lovely.

Therapist was friendly and quick but left quite a lot of noticeable hair and painfully raw red skin, which may be due to her use of unsuitable strip wax as opposed to hard wax which has always worked well for me. An unfortunate experience as I’ve visited this salon before with other therapists who did better and used the hard wax! Perhaps give customers a choice regarding type of wax?
