Ramlal was incredibly friendly and welcoming as soon as I arrived. The treatment room was very calm and quiet, which was surprising given its handy proximity to the high street. Ramlal was brilliant in the Urban Bliss full body massage. She listened to any areas I was concerned with and was incredibly skilled in her work. Would definitely recommend and return!
