lovely friendly staff, I chose Urban after finding out about a job interview, I wanted to look my best. the lady who did my hair was chatty and spoke to me throughout making me feel comfortable and relaxed. shame I'm leaving York as this would be my regular hair dresser.

Visit was lovely and the salon has a nice atmosphere! My cut was nice, but wasn’t until I got home that I realized that it wasn’t what I had asked for, so feeling a tad disappointed, but nice cut overall.
