Had a lovely experience at Urban Chic! A really nice place with great staff, my only downside was that I noticed some hair still left over after the wax.

It was my first ever bikini wax and the girl who looked after me made me feel really relaxed and kept chatting away to me throughout the whole experience, it wasn’t as painful as I expected and overall really great service

Very basic with little calming ambiance. The room I was in was right next to the staff room, so I could vividly hear pots and pans and cutlery being cleaned constantly.
Massage was average, lots of repeated action, very little sense of it being an experienced masseuse. Wouldn't go back, not awful, just basic.
