I’ve had good experiences here before, but this wax felt disappointing. I received unsolicited comments about my body hair and skin, despite clearly stating what I wanted and disclosing health conditions. The wax itself was fine, but I left feeling judged rather than cared for. I hope to see a more trauma-informed, body-positive approach moving forward.

My nails didn't even last two weeks; and after that, the gel they applied really hurt my nails. Fortunately, I've now found another place where my nails last and aren't damaged. So, I definitely don't recommend this service here.
