Bed was a bit short in width, my arms were hanging down all the time i was on my front. Loud fan in the room. Only U shaped pillow in room, which was very uncomfortable in almost every position when lying on my back. Other venues offer full pillow. Head massage was ok but pressure was too low, just stroking. Back of head was not massaged. Venue were not very accommodating with my request to combine two half hour sessions into one full body. Very clean venue. Therapist was very polite.

Angelique was so lovely! She was able to book me in last minute after two places cancelled on me last minute before my holiday. She put me at ease and was very chatty which made me super comfortable. The wax was great and I didn't have any issues afterwards.
