The staff at Urban Chic are very friendly but quite busy so if you get there and nobody is on reception you’re left outside downstairs, as I was. The wax was relatively pain free, but I had to ask for her to wax the top horizontal line which she then did but left it wonky, the sides are fine and have a good line.
