I’ve been here several times before and have always been happy, so this visit was really disappointing. My appointment was at 7pm. After taking a couple of minutes to remove my necklace and get changed, I waited before the therapist came in. The massage was uncomfortable as she repeatedly pressed on the bones in my legs and her nails scratched my skin. It also finished around 5 minutes early, so I only received about 45 minutes. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
