I received a call on the day of appointment to check I was over 16 weeks pregnant, which I am. I wasn’t told that I wasn’t able to have the hand and foot massage when pregnant, until I turned up and was told they had changed my appointment to ‘pre natal massage’ instead of the hand and foot massages I had booked. The staff communicated poorly, were not helpful and the massage wasn’t pleasant or enjoyable at all. Wish I’d had a refund
