The therapist was professional yet friendly. The perfect balance and the treatment was incredible, such an amazing and relaxing hot stone massage. The only thing that could be improved was the heater/air con unit the therapist tried to turn on to warm up the room, kept making a clicking noise so ruined the ambience of the treatment and couldn’t be left on but resulted in me being colder than I would have liked
