I usually visit hornchurch branch which is excellent. This time i couldn’t get an appointment & managed to get 45mins at upminster. I advised i had lower back pain and previous history of sciatica. Usually therapists know how to handle this and help but this lady advised she wouldn't be able to do much for it. Was able to crack my back but otherwise i walked away in the same pain as before which is not usually the case at hornchurch. Will not return to upminster branch. Also, only got 40mins
