Really lovely staff from the moment we walked it. The lady at reception was really warm and welcoming. The ladies who massaged myself and my partner were great and knocked my partner right to sleep haha. It was his birthday and they gave him a small gift which they didn't have to but it was a lovely final touch to an amazing experience
