The treatment started off well and the room was warm and scrub done very well. However after 30 mins of the body scrub , when I showered and returned for my 1.5 hour massage - the therapist had turned the heater off- I asked for it to be turned back on and told her I was cold and she just gave me extra blankets. The massage deep tissue was poor and I told her my shoulders knots were still there- she put tiger balm on but didn’t make much effort to massage the way others have done. Not good
