I was so nervous about going into a salon so decided to nip in and see how it was rather than book & worry. I turned up on a Saturday, they did a patch test there and then. I spent about 5 hours in the salon and the staff were all lovely and welcoming. It has such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. I also absolutely love my new hair and since having it done I hardly need to do anything with it, it just works which is something I’ve never experienced elsewhere!!
